I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with stunning views of the Brisbane River and close to all the action in South Bank. The rooms were cozy but a bit dated, and I had some issues with the dryer shorting out, which was frustrating. The service was mostly good, although there were a few hiccups. Dining was a bit limited, but the breakfast was enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel provided us with mixed feelings during our stay. The rooms could have definitely been cleaner, and some features were inconsistent with the photos, but the service was exceptional and the location was ideal for our needs.
